Cyber face Wolverine before when he tried to take over Madripoor's criminal underground, but Wolverine gouged out Cyber's left eye and droped him into a truck filled with his hallucinogenic drug, which merged with his bio-system, causing Cyber to drift from reality and hallucinations. Cyber was the first to break Wolverine's bone claws.
