Wolverine Vol.1 #49-50,62-63,75Miss Hines was responsible for monitoring and recording the Weapon X project. When Wolverine was Weapon X he slaughtered everybody there except Miss Hines. Later, Hines worked for the US Dept. of Agriculture in the Pest Control Division. The Division was a cover for the covert department that ran the Weapon X project. Hines was killed by the Psi-Borg, Aldo Ferro.
