Wolverine Vol.1 #115-118Prime Sentinels were created when Professor Harper and Bastion secretly turned innocent human beings into mindless mutant killing machines. SHIELD helped kill off the Prime Sentinels, but there was many sleeper units that were released into the world, that could be activated into killing machines at any time.
