Grave Undertakings,

Archie Corrigan and Tyger Tiger land in Osaka and try to get past customs pretending Patch is dead. Dai-Kumo arrives on the scene with Reiko and Goro. Dai-Kumo tells Tyger that he runs all the criminal activities in Osaka and since it was a tradition of the Yakuza to show respect for valiant enemies. Dai-Kumo wants Patch buried in his personal plot. Goro and Reiko take the coffin. Tyger and Archie are told to leave Osaka. In Archie's plane, Tyger tells Archie that she gave Patch a triple dosage of a curare derivative that induces a state of catatonia. Tyger tells Archie to fly across the bay to Kobe, she has contacts that can smuggle them back into Osaka.

In Dai-Kumo's cemetery, Goro buries Patch in his coffin. Reiko lays a flower at Patch's grave. Goro suspects Reiko wanted Patch to kill him when they fought, since a prophet told Goro that he could only be slain with a blade wielded by a dead man.

At Dai-Kumo's mansion, Dr. Malheur and Dai-Kumo observe the mixing of the drug in a giant vat. Dai-Kumo says that since all the monkeys are dead, they've got a monopoly on the drug. Dai-Kumo is having a celebration to introduce the drug zap and thunderbolt.

Back at Dai-Kumo's cemetery, Reiko all alone, asks Patch why he didn't kill Goro and set her free. Suddenly, Patch wakes up and realizes that he's been buried alive. Clawing his way out, Patch burst through to the surface. Patch jumps toward Reiko with his claws out. Patch recognizes her scent as the person who left a flower for him and spares her life. Patch demands to know where Dai-Kumo was.

At Dai-Kumo's mansion, Dai-Kumo demonstrates the drug by feeding a wolf thunderbolt and puts the wolf in a pit with three tigers. The wolf tears the tigers to pieces. Patch bursts in. Dai-Kumo tells his men to attack. The room erupts into a fight, one of the men almost falls into the pit allowing the wolf to climb up his back. The wolf was about to attack Patch, but senses that Patch is one of his own and leaves. Dr. Malheur shots Patch in the arm and runs away. Patch kills the men in the room and chases the Doctor. Dr. Malheur tricks Patch onto a catwalk and pushes a button, which causes the cat walk to collapse. As Patch falls the vat of drug, Patch grabs Dr. Malheur's leg and pulls him down too. Goro shows up, Patch cuts through the side of the vat. Patch survives thanks to his healing factor. Goro tells Patch that he could only be killed by a dead man and that he is the dead man that is going to kill him. Goro takes a Thunderbolt and charges at Patch. Patch slicing Goro's knees making him fall to the ground. Goro demands that Patch fulfill the Prophecy, but Patch walks of and tells Goro he doesn’t believe in that. Logan finds Dai-Kumo stabbed in the heart by Reiko's umbrella sword. Tyger and Archie bursts in, but the fight was over. They leave in Archie's plane. Patch is glad that Reiko was able to get out of the situation she was in.
