In Spain, 1937, in the mountain pass, Wolverine in a berserker rage is slashing a Nazi army to death with his claws. Lady Deathstrike sneaks up on Wolverine. Captain Horest Schlachter decides to take his tank through the pass, where Wolverine is. A time vortex forms and distracts Wolverine long enough for Deathstrike to jump on him. Wolverine struggles with Deathstrike, he sees the tank coming and punches Deathstrike, Deathstrike lands next to the tank, as it runs over her arm, tearing it off. Deathstrike tears through the side of the tank with her free arm and then kills Captain Schlachter for keeping her from killing Wolverine. The time vortex grows. Just then, Puck wakes up, and runs towards the vortex. Logan, Deathstrike and Puck get suck into the time Vortex.

Australia in the present, Pierce is hit by a Vortex, which was expelling pieces of a map. Pierce discovers that Deathstrike had altered the timeline by killing Captain Schlachter six years to early. Pierce working on a new cyborg tells Bonebreaker to make sure that he stops the intelligence of the new cyborg at a 5 year old level, but the computer already has put the cyborg at genius levels.

Meanwhile, Wolverine and Lady Deathstrike continues their fight onto the battleship where Deathstrike's father had committed kamikaze on, then into the tank where Deathstrike had underwent her cyborg transformation with the help of Spiral, and then into the South Street Seaport where Wolverine had first fought the new and improve Lady Deathstrike. Then they both fall into the river, when Logan came up, he discovers that he is back in the present, in Vancouver harbor. Logan asked if Puck remembers Spain, but Puck tells Logan that he remembers Spain from his past, but not that Logan as there. Puck picks up his old picture and is shocked to see Logan in it.

In Australia, Lady Deathstrike raises from the water, grabs who she thinks is Wolverine, but Pierce stops Deathstrike. Pierce explains that the Wolverine in the water tank is a cyborg replica of the real thing. Lady Deathstrike was shocked to see a synthetic human being of Wolverine. Pierce tells her that Albert is just a decoy, the real killer is a little girl cyborg he named her Elsie Dee.
