In Madripoor's low town, Chancellor Ranjamaryam is running for his life. Roughhouse and Bloodsport catch up to him and Bloodsport sucks the blood out of him. The Chancellor was going to appoint Tyger Tiger as the new crime lord. Later, the Police Chief Tai is called to the murder scene. Patch goes to investigate. He takes a look at the body. Then he goes to the Chancellor's house. Patch finds a handkerchief, then follows the scent to High town.

In High town, at the Sovereign Hotel in the Imperial Penthouse, Patch questions Xian Coy Manh, the former X-Men, Karma. Patch finds out that Karma is General Coy's niece and she has pledged her service to him. General Coy is in Madripoor to take over. Patch vanishes as quiet as he came. At South Seas Skyways Airstrip, Bloodsport and Roughhouse warn Archibald Corrigan that if he helps Tyger Tiger anymore his a dead man.

Next Day, In Low town Central Bazaar, Lindsey McCabe and Jessica Drew are shopping when Roughhouse comes and grabs and kisses both of them. A woman covered in blood falls to the ground. Jessica investigates and finds a room of dead bodies, written in blood on the wall is "The Tyger is Dead". Jessica returns to Lindsey and tells her they're in the middle of a gang war. Logan and Tyger are attacked by Roughhouse and Bloodsport they try to kill them. Karma shows up and uses her powers to control Roughhouse and Bloodsport's minds Logan carries Tyger off and escape. Tyger has lost alot of blood. Patch tells Jessica and Lindsay to take Tyger to a safe house. Patch goes to Archie at the Airstrip. At the Sovereign hotel, Karma and her uncle General Coy are eating. Bloodsport and Roughhouse tell the general they failed at killing Tyger and can't find her and Patch has headed to the mainland to attack the generals drug fields. Coy then devices a plan to trap Logan and dismantle Tyger's organization.
