X-Mansion, Danger room, Wolverine ask for Professor X to hook him up in Virtual 3-D gear, so he can vent some frustration and anger on Sabretooth for killing SilverFox. Professor X reluctantly agrees, after Jubilee convinces Professor X that Wolverine works his problems out by physical activity.

Inside the virtual world, Logan returns to his cabin just in time to see Sabretooth standing over Silver Fox's dead body. Wolverine attacks Sabretooth, they fight back and forth. Sabretooth tells Logan that he’s killed some innocents before too and refers to the Terry Adams kill. Logan yells that he never did it, because the mission was cancelled.

Danger room, Professor X tells Jean Grey and Cyclops to shut down the simulation, because it was getting too intense. Wolverine throws off his virtual-reality helmet and yells that they called him back, he didn't do it, it wasn't his shot.

Later at Augie’s Bar, Logan plays billiards against a few bikers. Logan easily wins the game of pool, the biker claims that he's been hustled. Logan, still frustrated over Silver Fox and Mariko Yashida's deaths, offers the biker a game of punch-for-punch. Logan allows the biker to go first and tells him to use brace knuckles. Logan remind the biker that after he takes his punch, Logan gets to hit him. The biker laughs, telling Logan that he won't get the chance. The biker reaches back, puts his hand into a fist and punches Logan hard across his face with brass knuckles. Logan staggers back, his eye gets knocked out of socket. Logan reconnects his dislocated jaw and pushes his eye back into socket. Logan tells the biker that now its his turn, but Jean Grey walks in and ask Logan to talk. The biker begs for Logan to listen to Jean Grey and tells Logan that he can keep all the money and leaves. Logan and Jean Grey find a table to sit at. Jean Grey talks to Logan, so he can get some things off his chest. Logan tells Jean Grey that every time he loves somebody the get taken away. Logan also explains that his body repairs his physical pain, but his emotional pain keeps festering inside. jean Grey ask if Logan would like her to go with him to Silver Fox's burial, but Logan explains that that is only between Silver Fox and himself.

The next day, Logan finds out from the minister that the burial had been canceled. Suddenly, a SHIELD helicopter lands, Nick Fury and John Wraith get out of the chopper. Logan demands to know what is going on. Nick Fury explains that it was Wraith's idea. Logan tells Wraith to stay out of his business. Wraith tells Logan that Silver Fox would have wanted to be buried somewhere special and tells Logan that he found their cabin. Logan froze in shock, they all boarded the helicopter. Wraith tells Wolverine that he can't know where it is, because it's classified. They land in the forest, Wolverine finds the Cabin, Wraith leaves knowing that Wolverine would wont to be alone. Wolverine thanks Wraith and tells Nick Fury to give him a shovel and leave. Nick Fury tells him he’s responsible for getting him back. Wolverine tells him that he wont get lost in a forest, so Nick Fury leaves too. Wolverine feels the cabin to see if its real, he finds the door with Silver Fox and Logan carved into it. Wolverine digs a grave for Silver Fox and has a flashback.

In the Flashback, Logan is digging a well for them at their cabin, Silver Fox brings Logan some water from a near by river, Logan holds Silver Fox in his arms, telling her that he wish they could be their forever.

Present, Logan buries Silver Fox and uses the front door to the cabin carves with Logan and Silver Fox as the tombstone, Logan promises to return every spring to visit her.
