Dugan laughs and enters a private room and turn on the comm. Lead members of the Pentagon that were involved with Weapon X are upset because SHIELD has placed them in Fort Leavenworth. Dugan assures them that it is for their own protection. They ask why their belts were isn’t so they don’t hand themselves and also ask if its true that Wolverine torched a Canadian military base. Dugan tells them that he torched what was under that Canadian base, a couple of them men freak out by this news and say they are going to order a preemptive strike on Wolverine, Dugan tells them they will do nothing because he has turned off all communication to there cell and tells them that he will see about getting those belts back to them. Belgrade, Seabia. Logan walks down the street when suddenly he takes a sniper shot to the forehead. Logan takes cover in an alley and although blood is running into his eyes from the wound he sees the sniper on the roof of a building. Logan makes a dash for the building, goes around back to the loading docks, slashes off a lock and pulls up a roll up door.

In the building, Logan thinks that Bucky is still on the roof top, so Logan makes his way up some stairs. Logan notices that with all the heavy printing presses running, blood running into his eyes and the reek of Ink from the presses, all his senses are useless and that Bucky has planned this out well. Logan makes his way to the top, when suddenly Bucky, covered in ink leaps out of darkness and stabs Logan in the side, pulls Logan’s hands around his back and hand cuffs them. Logan gets into a berserker rage and leaps at Bucky, but Bucky just kicks Logan to the floor. Logan lands head first since his hands were cuffed behind his back, Bucky steps on the knife still sticking out of Logan’s side. Bucky pulls the knife out, sits on Logan’s back, puts the knife to Logan’s neck, but Logan bits Bucky’s wrist, Bucky cant get Logan to let go, so he punches as hard as he can into the back of Logan’s neck with his other hand. Logan releases, but the pushes himself over, which throws Bucky head first into the floor. Logan breaks free of his cuffs, Bucky still dazed on the floor. Logan unleashes his adamantium claws, suddenly a girl yells “NO”, Logan turns to see who it is, but the girl fires two Sniper riffle slugs at close range into Logan‘s chest. The slugs throw Logan back against a wall and falls to the ground. Bucky staggers up and tells her that she should have stayed on the roof, the girl tells him that he heard him yell and was making sure he was ok, so she could get paid, Bucky tell her where to find her money and that she better hide because men are going to be after her, including Wolverine. The girl says he is dead, Bucky tells her Logan wont stay dead and tells her to leave. The girl ask if Bucky will go with her, Bucky tells her that if she knew what kind of monster he was she wouldn’t want him around, but the girl doesn’t believe him. So, Bucky tells her that the reason Logan came looking for him is because he killed Logan’s wife and unborn child.
