Wolverine blocks Crusaders attack and slashes Crusaders eye from his face. Crusader turns and tells his pilot to crash the plane. The pilot puts the plane into a nose dive, Wolverine grabs Crusader and throws him aside, shoves the pilot out of the way, grabs the and tries to bring the plane out of the dive. The plane straightens out just as it hit’s a field of corn, the plan turns into a ball of fire, everyone on board gets burned alive.

3 hours later, Wolverine wakes up in the back of a FAA body hauler, scares the agent driving, but Wolverine manages to get his FAA jacket since his uniform was mostly burned off. Cage comes in and ask what Wolverine is talking about earlier about the world not being a nice place. Wolverine explains that he knew some people from his past that had to register and it didn’t work out for them. Cage tells Wolverine that the government is not the Nazis and mutants are not Jews. Wolverine tells him that there is a sentinel at the Xavier mansion that tells him otherwise, they might as well have but a burning cross.

Westchester, New York, Wolverine tells Emma and Scott what he is planning. Emma tells Wolverine that its not there fight and that Wolverine couldn’t take down Nitro by himself. Scott agrees, Wolverine tells Scott that he can’t tell if he is agreeing with Emma because he sleeps with her or is it because he agrees with her and then Wolverine storms out.
