In Logan’s mind, Emma Frost explores Logan mind without his permission and finds a pool of blood, then she sees Logan in the shadows and approaches him, but as she gets closer she realizes that it isn’t Logan. The figure uses the Maramasa blade and stabs Emma in the chest. Emma wakes up from her nightmare in the X-mansion, Cyclops ask her what wrong, Emma tries to contact Wolverine telepathically, but Wolverine tells her that he is busy. Wolverine slashes at Captain America, but he blocks with his shield. Captain America then thrust his shield at Logan, so Wolverine does a back flip and kicks Captain America in the mouth. Wolverine tells Captain America that it must hurt knowing that Wolverine is better then him. Wolverine slashes at Cap, but Cap punches Logan in the face. Captain America tells Wolverine that he has been sent by the President and he is her for Nuke and to find out why Logan attacked the White house. Wolverine explains that it was not him that killed the secretary, he just went to get answers. Cap throws his shield at Logan, but Logan blocks it with his claws. Cap leaps at Logan, knocking him to the ground, then grabs Logan’s hands and tries to force his own claws into his face. Nuke watches as the two battle. Wolverine retracts his claws, Cap squeezes with all his might on Logan’s forearm and causes Wolverines claws to cut himself inside his arms, Wolverine kicks Cap in the leg and then kicks Cap off of him. Cap lays on the ground in pain as his leg muscle swells. Wolverine leans up against a tree and tells Cap that if he isn’t careful his leg muscle will cause blood clotting and could go to his brain or heart and kill him. Wolverine ducks just as Cap swings the Maramasa blade at Wolverine. Nuke crawls closer to Cap and Wolverine. Cap tells Logan to walk to the extraction point or he will use the Maramasa blade. They start to head to the extraction point, Captain America tells Logan that he is partially responsible for Nuke because they were trying to make him a super soldier like him. Wolverine tells Cap that he is wrong they were not trying to make Nuke another Captain America, they were trying to make him like Wolverine. Wolverine tells Cap that he help create Nuke and Captain America was tricked into coming there, by the people responsible for it all. Nuke grabs Caps leg, Cap is caught off guard and Wolverine leaps at Cap, but Cap slashes at Wolverine chest, Logan lands on the ground with his chest muscles split. Wolverine gets ticked as he looks at his wounds and thinks darn them for making him have to kill his friend. Cap kicks Nuke in the face, just as Logan tackles Cap, punches him in the back, grabs his shield and throws it away, punches Cap in the back of the head, pulls on his head and wrist until he is able to pull the Muramasa blade away from Cap’s hand. Cap crawls as Logan prepares to kill him. Cap tries to stand to his feet, but falls in weakness to the ground. Logan chages at Cap with the Muramasa blade ready to stab through Cap, when a power blast explodes in front of Logan. Logan turns to see Emma, Cyclops and Hellion of the X-Men.
