This battle takes in a grassy terrian at Dusk in Japan. Deathstrike runs from Wolverine and Wolverine catches up to her on his motorcycle and tackles her (FIRST STRIKE: WOLVERINE 1). Wolverine gets off of Deathstriek and tells her that they will fight with honor and gives her a sword and pulls out his. Wolverine tells her no claws.

Wolverine and Deathstrike charge at eachother, both causing damage to eachothers side (WOLVERINE 2) (LADY DEATHSTRIKE 1). , but Wolverine's attack was much more damaginf, Deathstrike falls to the ground. Wolverine tells her that its over and offers her his hand.

Deathstrike stabs Wolverine in the gut and stabs her claws into his chest (LADY DEATHSTRIKE 2,3). Wolverine tells Deathstrike that she cant kill him because without him her life has no purpose, she prepares to kill him, but cant.

Wolverine punches her off (WOLVERINE 3) and tells her that if she cant do it then this blood feud is over.

Wolverine picks up his sword and slashes her chest, her neck, Deathstrike raises her hand for him to stop, so Wolverine cuts off her fingers (WOLVERINE 4,5,6). Deathstrike ask for death, but Wolverine throws down his sword and tells her that he will not kill her.

WOLVERINE WINS, GOING BY THE POINT SYSTEM WOLVERINE WITH 6 TO 3, Plus Deathstrike cheated when she used her claws, but Wolverine prevailed. Wolverine was more then fair with her, he offered her a sword after he had her down, offered her his hand, after he beat her, and offered her an easy victory when she cheated, clearly Wolverine is the better.
